FREE ZONE presents VISIONS OF EUROPE At this year’s FREE ZONE Festival, every film screening includes a five minute short film presenting a respected European director’s vision of current or future life in Europe. Every short is from a different European country and was produced within the project “Visions of Europe,” launched in cojunction with the 2004 enlargment of the EU. Theo Van Gogh, Faith Akin, Bela Tarr, Jan Troell, Aki Kaurismaki, Martin Sulik, Barbara Albert and Sasa Gedeon are some of the directors. |
